Mediation

Conflict Resolution

Confidential support when
relationships become strained.

Conflict can place real pressure on individuals, teams and organisations. Left unresolved, it can affect wellbeing, decision-making, trust and performance.

Bassline offers a practical, impartial and confidential mediation service to help people work through difficult situations constructively and move forward with clarity.

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process where an independent mediator supports discussion between parties to help resolve disputes.

Unlike formal procedures or legal routes, mediation offers a more flexible, respectful and collaborative approach.

It is often:

  • Faster than formal processes

  • More cost-effective than legal action

  • Confidential and discreet

  • Focused on practical solutions

  • Designed to preserve working relationships where possible

The mediator does not take sides, make judgments or impose decisions. Their role is to support a fair process and help those involved reach their own workable outcomes.

Where Mediation

Can Help

Bassline can support with:

  • Workplace conflict between colleagues

  • Leadership team tensions

  • Board and governance disputes

  • Chair / CEO relationship difficulties

  • Team communication breakdown

  • Partnership or stakeholder disagreements

  • Difficult conversations during change or restructure

Why Work With Bassline?

Alongside accredited mediation training, I bring over 20 years of senior leadership experience across charities, community organisations and purpose-led settings.

That means I understand not only conflict itself, but the organisational pressures that often sit behind it — including governance tensions, communication breakdown, competing priorities and leadership strain.

My approach is calm, practical and impartial, creating the conditions for honest conversation and constructive progress.
